Shipping Information

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. Due to security and size concerns of some items, Upton Art cannot ship Prints and Original Artwork to post office boxes. However, we are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Shipping and Order Processing Details:

Processing times are typically 4-5 business days after your order is received. However, some items are carried in inventory and will in most cases ship next day. You will receive a confirmation E-mail after ordering and a separate E-mail containing shipping details when your order has been processed.


For each address within the United States, the following shipping details apply:
Ground shipping: Please allow 4-5 business days from date of shipment. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Expedited shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days from date of shipment. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

 

Return Information

 

Satisfaction with your purchase is our highest concern. While every product we carry is made with solid materials and rigorously tested by us, mistakes can happen. We offer complimentary shipping back to us for any Wind Chime that you’d like to either have fixed, or return/exchange. Simply E-mail our customer service department at Customerservice@uptonart.com with your order number and brief message, and we will be in quick contact to initiate the process.


A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if an exchange is not desired
